Who’s our best player? It will be him
                Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I would be interested to see how many players have been bought into the club on his watch and sold for a profit compared to how many at a loss.

So do you pin all the blame for in and out transfers on Les or do managers and scouts take responsibility too ?The problem is we have had too managers and every manager has his own shopping list.

No I don't pin all the blame on him,but he is DoF and I am not sure what ikt is that he does have responsibility for if not choosing players, managers coaches etc. He is saying he has reduced the wage bill etc as if it was all down to his work.

So yes, I would like to see him out of the door as I don't think the club needs a DoF.

I’m surprised he hasn’t walked as it’s well known that Fernandes has made decisions that Les hasnt agreed with .
