I feel for the guy I really do.
He is probably a good coach but this is clearly a big job for the guy and how can he possibly expect to motivate anyone when they all know he will be of in the summer.
The guy deserves a bit of a break however his body language is that of a beaten man.
The club must act quickly and bring in someone who can help him.
We need points on the board and fast or we will face a campaign in League 1.
Rumours are rife that Neil Warnock has been approached for the job for next season, well in case the board dont realise this we need the guy NOW try and do a deal with the administrators at Palace and have him in for the Watford game.
Fair play to all those that made the trip by the way after Peterborough away I am finding it hard to motivate myself for any games at the moment.
Lets hope for better Tuesday we are in massive trouble.
