    Formation

Surely after 9 losses in 10 games we need to get some points on the board and stop the rot
A formation of 4-1-4-1 is got to be the way forward with Grant Hall in n front of the back four to protect them
Why when things are going so badly does it take a manager so long to see this
Stop the rot 4-1-4-1 not difficult is it .
Points on the board 0-0 1-1 who cares .

A fair point mate, but I just hope for one minute you are not suggesting a back four WITH Lynch in it? (if you are suggesting Hall as the DMF?)

Also Smyth Chair and Samuel need to play next season and. should not have been sent on loan I actually agree with Pinkie on this .
We have a thread bare squad at the moment ffs
They need to be a big part of the next season
Amit also needs to fight tooth and nail to keep Cameron and Wells no matter what get the money from somewhere
Otherwise next season will be even harder than this season.
We need to go forward get the money Amit and balance the FFP at the same time it must be possible.
Eze needs to be dropped asap he's not performing at all well .

When Hall used to play the Dmf role we were totally solid and he was immense in it
We are leaking goals and losing all the time so just plug the hole and and grind out some results for a bit.
You have to stop goals and keep clean sheets before you win games
4-1-41 should be the formation away from home every game any away points are a bonus atm

Totally agree with the points you make. Need to stop the rot, get defensive, keep clean sheets and get some points. We have less draws than any other team in the league and it seems that every time we concede 1st, we lose !

Hall is probably not fit enough to play as a def.midfielder just yet? Just a thought. I agree that he can fill that position. Scowen also. The latter must have learnt from his mistakes now.

Not so sure about that Shania.
He's always a red card waiting to happen.

He came on in the 86th minute against Leeds on Tuesday and still managed a yellow card within minutes.

I agree general, we need to be hardto beat, but mac too often has us sitting too deep and a lack of pressing, but agree with using hall there, and amazed at how many thought he couldnt play there, when in my opinion he was excellent.

Also think you cannot leave big smith out at home atleast, 2 strikers at home and one away, but sometimes id go with smith away aswell aslong as theres plenty of width and support.

In that match you could say he took one for the team, but I see what you mean. He plays with small margins..
