Assuming GP has quit as DoF...

... or Sporting Director, or whatever that title is.
That means one of two things will happen:

A new Director of Football, recently rumoured to be the Italian who's just left West Ham. (Can't remember his name?)

Or, the scrapping of the whole DoF set-up, and a new manager to come in, who'll have far more say on ins and outs of his squad?

Anyone have an idea which it is??... and in the mean time, is Mick Harford definitely in charge until may?

Wild theories, guesswork, or solid rumours welcome!
