                    Sorry to say but I think thus is a good signing.

                    One of the best LB's the world has seen. No he's not a spring chicken any more but still looks very fit & his experience & positional sense will be invaluable imo.

                          Agree with the 3 posts above. Even at 38 years old, he should have enough left in the tank to do a decent job at this level. Looks like he's still kept himself in very good nick, and has been playing regularly in the MLS.

                              Said in previous AC thread that he was a top player, always got more stick than he deserved imo.

                              But in that position you need the legs. Frank's has brought him in for a bit of cover, he was released from LAG, so he's a free. Sounds great. But it also suggests that maybe he hasn't quite got the gears anymore...
