The pretend shock and indignation surrounding the latest racist behaviour of the brain dead that follow Chelsea is pathetic. They have, and have had for fifty years, a racist element amongst their followers. When I was a teenager it was a poverty club, the place was falling to bits and they drew a lot of their support from the areas of West and South West London that saw the first immigrants settle. Like it or not, and especially in those days, if you were just making ends meet and were a bit on the thick side then the message peddled by the old National Front struck a chord. They used to distribute their paper at Stamford Bridge. When the club allows that c*** Terry to get away with it (and when Cashley disgracefully supported him) then it's a bit rich that they are surprised it's happened again.

They do it to themselves so hard to equate that with the personal abuse Sterling got even though it isn't right. Banter that's now been taken to an unacceptable level. The racist stuff never was banter.
