Would the Admins please sticky the FFP rules as someone asks the same questions almost every other thread. Players can be signed on a free,and that means free no signing on or Agents fee, but the squad cannot be increased.Therefore it is a one-in one-out basis. In other words someone must leave in order for a signing to be permitted.They can only be paid 75% the salary of the player they replace to a maximum of £600K. U23 players can be signed for a fee but cannot play until next season.
