    TBH I think each DoF is different based on what the club sees the role as. Can't imagine for one minute that LF would tell SMC who he has to have working as a coach with him. Would imagine LF is purely on teh business / contracts side.

      The DoF has some responsibility for coaching staff and he hasn't distinguished himself in that department either.

      His own appointment was as unjustified as CW's.

      I totally agree and have been questioning his appointment from the very beginning.

      How is he doing with scouting players to bring in on loan.

      So far it seems that he is looking at which established players are not getting any 1st team football and taking it from there.
