Has the feel of Paul Hart

This smells exactly the same as then. Hopefully it’s all BS but he knew early on job was beyond him or not as promised

Ours is not a management problem.

    Its much deeper than that.

Changing managers at QPR is simply shifting deckchairs on a very small Titanic.

Someone has to get a grip in the boardroom. Until they do, we'll be in trouble.

Don't think anything more can be done at board level. Still struggling with past mistakes which can't be undone now.

SM needs to step up. Defence utter sh*t but Saturday unforgiveable. Have two games now we should reasonably expect something out of. Need at least one win out of those to steady the ship a bit.

The man should up stix and go as clear to see he is getting #### all help from above. Lose 7-1 and still no loan signings. Only at Rangers

Game was only on Saturday! I suspect we will get a couple but we are not in a good way, particularly a the back. Don't envy him but needs to organise side tighter.

I am not sure that it is all McLaren's fault, but he might need to change his ideal formation and go with 4-4-2.
Neither Smith or Sylla will be of much use if they don't receive crosses from wide areas to attack. They are not very mobile strikers who will run the channels, amd nor will they do well holding the ball up..

Like Ollie last season insisting on 3 at the back with wing backs he didn't have, McLaren can't go on with a lone striker who is largely very static and expect to win games.
