Did anyone hear Radio 5live this afternoon? Adrian Charles brought 2 QPR fans together.
An English man went to live in the US in 1968 and joined the Army over there.
He wrote to the programme asking for QPR news and a nine year old boy sent him programmes and badges.
Recently, after nearly 50years they found each other on the net . They spoke to each other for the first time today. Well worth a listen back .

I’m surprised that no other Rangers fan heard the broadcast yesterday. It lasted for about 15 minutes and according to Adrian Charles it had the makings of a Hollywood movie.
I remember seeing the QPR Programme from 1968 with the black and white picture of the soldier in uniform with his gun and a few QPR scattered in front of him. Am I the only one who remembers this picture ?
Adrian Charles, a West Brom fan saw it , and it left a lasting impression on him .
