Personally, don't like this hounding of individuals especially when no-one questioned the players earlier in the season.

It is fair to blame everyone for our current plight though, as no-one can hide in our current position in the league.

Personally, always maintained get in a top manager so its all his responsibility and the fans have right scapegoat if things don't go well. At the moment many don't know who to blame.

The whole current system does need to change within next 2=3 weeks.

    The above is my opinion

Agree we needed a top manager from the start but what top manager would of come here when they weren't allowed to get there own players in.

Good bye paladini you wont be missed.

I think you'll find quite a few have been questionning the fact that we didn't have enough quality up front for 2 seasons now!

he has winged it since the day he arrived

sure he might be good company, bluff about how he wants what's best for the club & throw around a few morsels of news/gossip/bull**** but in truth he's a poison that needs to be removed

If the sporting director chooses who gets transferred in then the buck should mostly stop with him. Unfortunately he has seen fit to sack (or allow others to be sacked ahead of him) when we have been underperforming. In other words, he has not been at all accountable, and that is wrong in any walk of life.

If he goes, we need a proper Englsuh style manager who runs all that side of things.

            Let's see if it happens.

Define a top manager because although Gary Megson has managed in the top flight.... he is not a top manager, neither is Lother Matthaus.

              Curbs or Coppell are though.

If GP is to move on then so be it.

I think life around the messageboards may well be duller for some people that have called for this day from day one.

Some claimed Gianni's legacy at the club would be a block of flats and administration, that's hardly the case.

I often wonder and one day I may ask him if it was all worth it?

I think I know what the answer would be.

I for one will wish Gianni all the best for the future, but the show must go on.

Now lets hope the club can move forward and appoint a top proven Championship manager.
