Brian. No problem with signing players from Stevenage or the like, The manager needs players for the first team not the U 23's so a experienced player or two to compliment what we have would not go a miss.

Can't we sign both? I thought development squads were favourably treated under FFP. Perhaps someone can clarify this please? Signing both, we strengthen the first AND sign up talent for the future. Yes, we are having trouble adding to the first team squad, and yes, there is a transfer embargo in January, but having said that, signings in both squads aren't mutually exclusive.

I wouldn't go by that at all mate tbh.

I can pretty much imagine SMC is extremely well connected. The problem will be these players will need paying for and wages. Something we can't appear to do right now.
