Actually the name does not mean 'Old' but 'Older' because I stopped going for many years and I am now a different person.

The reason why you got stick is because the World and its dog thought England outclassed Croatia for most of the first half and that we should have been AT LEAST 2 up at the break.

Also, unless you're a bitter jock or Taffy you shouldn't be looking to do anything but praise an England side who wore the shirt with pride, exceeded EVERYONE'S expectations and galvanised the country.

If you got no joy from the last 4 weeks you're beyond hope.

Whilst I didn't agree with every word (i.e. I thought we played well 1st half apart from our finishing), and granted it didn't exactly come across as patriotic, I do think the insults he got for that were hardly warranted.

I`m the first one to back Hits up when hes outspoken views ruffle feathers , but he has come on here and said he dosn`t give a f uck about England , so the day after weve been knocked out of the World Cup , i dont give a f uck about him and his views on England .
He made it crystal hes got no love for England , so just give the rest of us a couple of days to lick our wounds and get over it before commenting , or dont bother commenting at all.
