happened to me a few weeks ago too. you might have accidently clicked the subscribe button on the main page so just click it again until it says you're no longer subscribed to every topic

Easily done loft, if you have fat thumbs like me, and use your phone to browse, not only do you receive notifications for every post and thread, but also the odd Russian bride turns up on your doorstep
