I took the liberty of activating it for you.

I think some of these problems could be theme related. I am on "stripes" and can see sigs and upload imgur. Bottom left of screen, you can switch between themes such as denim, wood etc

Are you using an embed code for Imgur Olly? make sure html is switched on.
