            I think he will play the squad he has the personnel for mate. At the moment, that's got to be 4-4-2, 4-5-1 or 4-3-3. I also think the strategy and formation will be a huge part of his ongoing discussions with Les. The DoF system only works when the Head Coach and DoF are singing from the same hymn sheet!

                        Not necessarily Ollie's fault, but perhaps if he had selected Pawel to play in his correct position on a more frequent basis he would have had more chance of selection for the World Cup.

                                    He may very well do so, but my guess is that should he choose that formation he will have players who can play it signed up or at least coached into it. Ollie is not a good coach and would just have selected players and told them this is where I want yo to play.
