  • Was Bent?

A Harford signing or Paladini signing?

We were certainly linked with him before Harford came.

But he is certainly a 'bent' signing.

He hasn't scored a league goal since 14th Feb last season!!!!!! So why did we bring him in given his terrible injury record and goal scoring record???????
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

Because someone somewhere in the club makes a load of money out of these deals and owes favours to a number of agents. Alledgedly.

terrible signing..typical of rangers over the last few years. Nearly always end up with some injury prone donkey, hope someone got something out of the deal because the club certainly didnt

Just as worryingly, why did he play ahead of some of the others we had on the bench? In no way did he merit a place in the starting eleven after his woeful performance at Peterborough.

I thought that Paladini made it crystal clear to Paul Hart that ALL signings were his function, not down to the first team coach ?

when in this league its obvious you need goals. So what did we do get rid of our top goal scorer Blackstock and keep to cloggers who could not hit a barn door from 6 yards. Simpson at least knows where the goal is. Then we go out and get a so called striker to get goals who has a record of 1 goal in 5 how the hell is that going to help our cause. He is at 31 years of age Bent useless to the qpr cause
