  • Desperate action required.

If we do not replace Harford with Curbishley or Jewell within the next month then I think we will go down.

Yet again the club have employed the wrong man on the wrong deal. Why can't they see that a short term contract for a manager just does not work. It puts the manager under way too much pressure desperate for instant results. It gives the players no incentive to try and impress him, knowing that he'll be gone in May anyway. That coupled with the fact he has been a glorious failure in every managerial position he has been in suggeste urgent action is required.

Yet again another failing by this calamitous board has been the number of 'temporary' staff the club have recruited. Loan signings are there to protect the quality, in terms of numbers, of the signed up playing squad to cover for injuries and provide the odd bit of quality. Loan signings are not there to become the team. It is not rocket science that a group of temporary staff with no affiliation for the club will not deliver when things are tough and backs against the wall. I'll tell you know that it is no suprise that Lee Cook is standing out so much despite coming back from serious injury.

Looking at our squad there is no-one capable of bringing them all together which is such a worry. We desperate need to get Rowlands involved in some way. I'm not sure if the injured players still go to the training ground but we are currently in a situation where we have a number of groups that need to become a team. Rowlands could be the man to do this. We need the pro's to outweight the con's to turn the side around, at the moment the cons are far outweighing the pros. The manager is key in achieving this but needs some help from the players, this is obviously not happening and Harford is close to losing the battle.

We are told that Magilton went as he 'lost the dressing room' if that was the case how would the situation be described now? Dressing room obliterated? At least Magilton had the respect of the team and they listened if not agreed with his views. Harford obviously holds no sway at all.

A change in the next month is vital and surely the orange hatchet man will realise.
