Are there any League One or League Two managers who are up and coming?

I would like us to get someone like Nigel Adkins or Sean O'Driscoll from this division but can't see why either would leave their current clubs. Both are well respected and play good football. We are more likely to end up with another yes man or has been.

It does not mean anything to bring another manage as no one will be able to turn things around during the remaining games with this set of hopeless players. A new manager would better come next season.
