  • QPR: Pressing the PANIC BUTTON too soon?

Are we? I know it isn't rosy on and off the pitch, but are we pressing the panic button too soon? we have 18 games left which is 54 pts at stake (quite a lot of points actually). Harford should be given time and we can potentially turn this season around starting with a win against Ipswich? Remember we are QPR not a pub side....

dont think it takes much for some fans to press the panic button tbh. One bad result during a good run and all hell breaks loose!!!

no dont think we are panicking to early as we really are in dire straights & cant see where the next point is going to come from let alone a win.

players clearly dont care one jot about the situation we are in as most aint our players anyway & the ones who are ours are just not good enough. we will be relegated with bout 4 games left & quite frankly if that happens n which means briatore & his cronies leave then i would welcome it.

had a good run in october, remember that? you know, when FB was away sorting his F1 problems. Now that IS a coincidence............isn't it?
        Point taken though!

Its a downward slide. Actually wished we had 3-4 games left and not 18. just imagine if we don't win a game in february and equalled Sousa's record where he didn;t win a game in february. Then we would be in very bad trouble. pretty sure Gregory never won one game in February when we were struggling either

Recent history tells us February is not a good month at QPR:horror:

My view at the moment is that thinking STILL is better that action. Pitch invasion isent that much of a solution. It will only cause US more damage. It will get very nasty and violent, I think.

We are a pub side under Harford. Useless.

1 win in 14 is not time to worry then???

should we wait until 1 win in 20 and be bottom 3??

our players DON'T WANT IT, NO BOTTLE...THEY'LL GET PAID AND SOD OFF
meanwhile we'll be div3 again, and be there for maybe 5 yrs!

Excellent the way you managed to bring Sousa up again Pete, keep up the good work.

Unless you have failed to notice we failed to win a game in January and had only one win in both December and November. We have now managed only 11 points from our last 45, which I think even you will agree far eclipses Sousa's record....

Back in October we were 3 points off 2nd (With a game in hand), we were all laughing at Ipswich, now we are only 4 points ahead of them and in free fall.

Is it too early to press the panic button, if we had a team that looked capable of showing a bit of spirit and fight I would say no, but sadly we don't......

Don't think it should be pressed just yet, what we should do is make a consertive effort to really get behind the side for the next half dozen games and if that doesn't work........panic. All this protesting malarkey is only going to speed our decent, it will not improve it for sure.

no don't panic yet.......let's wait another 5 or 6 games without a win when we are in the bottom 3 and probably back to another caretaker manager. Then we can panic properley!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!

Exactly ! What good will panicking do now, we need to get right behind the side and try and help them get a win froom somewhere, panicking will not help anyone and certainly won't change the situation for the better.
