We were told all players accepted a change in their contracts where they gave away all bonus clauses in return for a hefty bonus if they got promoted.

Well, they aren't getting promoted. Seems to me they get paid the same money from hereon in whether they put any effort in or not. They can't be arsed to play for a manager any more cos there'll likely be someone new there next week. They can't be arsed to acknowledge the fans, much less play for them. They couldn't care less about the club. So what is going to get them playing to keep the club in the CCC? Are there any relegation clauses in their contracts?

And for any ITKs that want to put their heads over the parapet on that last question, I'd be VERY careful before you answer.
