Yeah but Gregory's team had spirit. They lost 5-0 to Southend and seemed certain relegation candidates but they bounced back up, whereas the current gutless bunch will only plunge lower.

They need two things:
1. motivation
2. confidence

If FB et co would let them have a manager for longer than Coronation street lasts, he might be able to instil both into them.
We would achieve nothing even with the BEST players in the world until a manager has a reasonable length of time to lift them up.

But, hey, on here I'm preaching to the converted -- the people who need to hear this think I'm nothing more than a "£20 teenager" (wish I was a teenager!!)
