i just can't understand why you'd hijack a Sousa thread to talk about De Canio!

Sousa is doing a fantastic job at Swansea.Only Newcastle have conceded fewer goals in the Championship.

Sousa will prove to be a better manager over the course of his career than De Canio.

What he is doing with Swansea at the moment is nothing short of brilliance, if only....

Let's hope for his sake and Swansea's that he doesn't have to "beware the ides of March" and get stabbed in the back by some of his own:confused:

                    Holloway doing a fine job.

Sousa in february and March tends to bottle it, so lets hold judgement.

remember we've been 4th this season

Sousa did reasonably well in March last year with wins over Swansea and Bristol City, as well as draws against Sheff Utd and Palace.

Oh yes, I remember QPR were 4th for about 1-2 weeks in October...big deal.

Swansea have been in the top 7 or so, almost continoulsy since October and quite frankly don't look like dropping out of the top 7 any time soon.

I'd take boring, almost scoreless football, over the looming relegation scrap QPR could soon be facing.

It was a travesty the way he was treated by Paladini and Pete whilst manager of QPR.

Pete, who is your preferred (realistic) choice as manager for QPR?
