  • this site and Paolo Sousa

Just to rewind a few months...

a few people on here were involved in hounding Paolo Sousa out of our club.

Just a question..where would we be now if he was still in charge??

I suppose the most relevant point is that if Sousa was still here, it would mean Flav and GP weren't.

Sousa schmousa, they should have never sacked Dowie.

No... hates a strong word but i hate Sousa !!

Played football the wrong way... Magilton on the other hand :red_heart:
                      Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                      And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Agreed, but I'll add that it doesn't matter what manager we have, according to the outside world, Flavio is the inside manager remember.

So it will be the same no matter what me thinks.

The future's bright...the future is blue and white.

I don't really think much would had changed TBH, probably a few points better off... but thats about it.

The problem is that the board won't back the manager, and with Briatores interfering with the team selection I doubt any manager would had done much better.

I wanted Sousa to stay as I saw potential in him (or more than others), but your right in saying that a few people here did hound and virtually cyber sacked sousa.... shame really.

Sousa never had Buzsaky, Rowlands, Simpson, Taarabt, Routledge available. They would of scored plenty under his management and the defence would be tighter too..
