Just WHO is giving the rollocking? Is Flabio coming out of his hole to spout off at the players or is it Mick H? If the latter, why on earth would the players listen to him when he's just another temporary fix?

The players have been having these all season and have not moved on one iota. Either they don't like each other (which is very, very possible) or they just can't be bothered.

And how are they going to be motivated for someone who is so clearly trying to balance books and is also not likely to be around for the remaining duration of the long lucrative contracts they have been given?

Sorry, it may not seem it, but I do try to be positive, but the club is rotten from top to bottom and I have zero confidence that any of them have any fighting qualities to provide the necessary response to this type of thing. The club may be in trouble, but when these players can just turn up (or get injured) and still be paid ridiculous sums, THEY are not in trouble.

Small contracts with HUGE incentive / bonus payments is the ONLY way to go from here on in.

...oh, and a FOOTBALL man in to deal with FOOTBALL issues please, which would mean that such a meeting as this would NOT involve Flabio, Paladini or any of the other know-nothings than masquerade as 'football' or 'business' men...

Talks cheap to be honest these are well paid lads who should be trying a damm sight harder than they are at the moment.

Lets hope they get it right Saturday and we can have a decent run in towards then end of the season.

I can probably see a couple more players being shipped out on loan TBH, I would bet Buzsaky & Gorkss now with maybe Tarrabt going back to spurs... It will be an interesting couple of days.

To be fair the players need to exhibit some passion and get stuck in, not just the rest of the circus to blame.

I think he was part of the sacking gang... I remember when magilton dopped both he and buzsaky once....

I'm not saying any of them are going but I wouldn't be surprised if a couple did go on loan/sold....

Adel should go now. Play Hogan right, Vine left, both play with passion and need games and a chance. Vine was at his best when out on the left wing. We have Cook coming back soon.

I like what Harford is doing. Sometimes getting rid of 3-4 personalities makes all the difference.

he might get more than he bargained for and quite a few players might ask to leave.cnt imagine that any of them are too happy at the club at the moment.but a day is a long time in football.we could sign a couple of decent players(dreaming i know) and could get 3 important points tomorrow.
