Look at what Paul Lambert is doing with Norwich! Get the right man & no one will be on flavio or Paladinis back if we do the same.

yeah have to agree that lambert is doing a great job at norwich,he is someone who commands respect from players & fans alike & he also likes his team to play good attacking football,which shows by the amount of goals they have scored.

another reason they are doing so well is that they aint so reliant on the loan market as they were last season. sorry to say but really can see us going down into league 1 & not learn our lesson.:surrender:

Lambert is decent when he is in control of team affairs..would just be another stat here!!
