Needs more Nicky Ward chants imo.

Dexter for England Mark II. -
Quality player. Gotten over his fair share of injuries and is now playing some quality footy. Have a geeze at this goal he scored for Melbourne against Sydney.
In all seriousness, i have actually heard whispers of quite a few championship clubs + a few euro clubs sniffing around.Last edited by ScottJones; 15-04-2009, 10:36 AM.Comment

About 4 minutes in cracking strike. Pretty sure he scored on debut for us.Comment

Scored against Southend.
I remember when Paladini was going around telling everyone that we had signed one of the best youth players in the world!
A bit like Alberti going to score 100 goals this season!First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.Comment

Injuries really ended his spell at QPR. He had Osteitis Pubis (something i've experienced as well. More common in Aus because of the harder grounds) which is one of the worst injuries you can get really, had it on and off for 1-2 years. Was poised to sign for Chievo before he failed the medical because of it. Then Q.P.R. and he mutually terminated the contract and he returned to the A-league.
After finally getting over his injuries, he came into some real form in the last 10 games of the season and became crucial in Meloburne winning the title. Will definately give europe another crack next season. More likely to be on the continent though i'd assume.Comment

Apparently Doncaster Rovers, Crystal Palce and Brum have all made a bid for the scorer of the first goal, Shannon Cole.Comment
