the club could have tried harder to keep him....but with the boards lack of ambition it was a no go........

Had more than 18 months left,and why did the club accept the deal? WR had played well enough to attract other clubs who obviously enquired as to his being for sale,at that point over to the club....in fact this happened at Spurs but they consistently said "not for sale"

Seriously,he never wanted out,as such.Yes,not overly impressed with things in general,ie,how many managers in a year?,but then surely no different to most fans in that. If he was told he was not for sale and the club had not accepted any offers then he would still be here.

You got me on that one! Obviously, but likewise if he said "I want out" and the best offer we got was Newcastles then we take it. How do we know he has not been touted around by his agent for weeks?

Anyway, you are obviously his agent, friend or relative and you wish to blame FB and Co. to make WR looks blameless, so I will agree to disagree.
