Do I think GP or someone else who has access to information about transfers uses the dot.org website? Yes. Do I know if it's GP or not? No - I have no way of telling which is why I said 'or someone else' in my original post. Without at least being an administrator on dot.org I have no way of answering either yes or no definitively, that should be obvious to anyone. Your question is the problem, not the answer.
