I think, Sir Pie, the mood music is that he isn't coming, like Cousins. When the board can't afford him or we find we can't get a premiership player for 5k a week then this gets turned into "he has an attitude problem" or similar. But hey, enjoy the ride (to borrow a phrase that fans used to post without irony...)

He is a Championship striker nothing more nothing less. He won't be a fantastic addition.
