Not at all mate, I'm being a sarky git. It's aimed at all our fans who used to rate Routledge as a quality player and now, just months later are saying that £1m for him is a good price. Hillariously contradictive and quite insulting to know that there are some out there that think I can be warped into falling for the same **** again. Matt, along with Wayne, Buzz, Simpson, Gorkss, Faurlin and even Adel 'it's my ball' Taarabt should be players we focus on keeping if we really care about the progression of the club. No excuse can change that.
I look forward to seeing what happens when we accept a £1.5m bid and all of a sudden Matt becomes 'not that good' and questions about 'how many good games this season?' are asked about him. After all, £1m for one of our best assets is good business in the current market...damn this recession.
