  • Question Regarding Loans

We are loaning Helgueson to Watford - are we paying his wages....?Reported that we are?

But when we try to get say Kitson - it appears that we have to pay his wages and not Stoke...

Why do we always seem to be getting raw end of deals??

Also - we are we looking to bring in loan strikers , we don't we just keep Helgueson...? I know he is not that good - but he has been scoring for watford.

    Confused and maybe im stupid...

It's because of who we have brokering all these deals. These deals aren't done with the best interest of QPR in mind, but what's best for the person doing the dealing.

      reports are different from facts

With loans, all clubs involved pay the wages and its normally split. The problem is, any player you take on loan also discusses the situation if they become permanant.

For example (only speculation), lets say Kitson is on 30k a week. (only a rumour) till end of season both clubs would share it, but if its a loan with a view to a permanant buy, then you need to come to some agreement beforehand. I'm sure we did that with Watson, it just so happens it wasn't needed. Helgusson would not be on premiership wages, so the discussions are not so lengthy

Part of the reason in many cases players go to clubs on loans, is with a view to a permanent. More and more clubs across the country are going through the loan route.

Paladinooo..Benefitting the person doing the dealing, doesn't come into it. Their is no benefit

        Cheers Pete.

But, Why are we loaning out hegueson and maybe Vine(Okay not up to it at moment)....Are they going to buy him?If we get him back next season, then surely we are just throwing money away.We pay his wages and have Simpson in on loan..paying his wages....and then maybe another striker in...paying his wages....Seems really odd to me

All loans going out are with views for permanents, normally thats the same with incoming. Unless it s short term loan like a month
