The easiest way to attack someone is question their credibility as a supporter, in some way they feel it questions your beliefs.

I have never accused someone for example of being a Manchester united fan before QPR, as it sort of lowers the tone of a good debate. Unfortunately, you need to just ignore them. I have been accused of never supporting QPR before 2004, though I can prove to them at anytime. The beauty is they instigate the rumour, then when you confront them, they play the innocent and claim they don't really care.

As I said, I know one used to support Manchester united, but you would never get me telling who it is

i used to go on the official coaches and never knew a soul, never even wanted to join the LSA. It was go to games, come home. Got older and now do much more, power of the internet means more people know you. That can have its downside, but aye I know I've always supported QPR and thats all that matters to me. i used to get wound up by it, but it really ain't worth it

The Oceans Eleven group change usernames, move from two boards and come out with the same rubbish

I've supported the club since 75-76 gloryhunter of course, but aye, stuck with me ever since.

They just want free reign to spout the same old propaganda day in day out, without being challenged about it. Best not to respond to them though, some of them are real stirrers and after 4 years it gets you nowhere, you don't want to go down the route I have. I'd suggest don't provocate them and most of all, don't wind them up by posting to them. its your call, but I'd suggest not to get involved chatting to them on forums
