we need to get rid of the ones we dont need and bring in the players we do need and have a whole squad of players to fight for a place rather then the player we have no who will never get back into the first team

i think getting rid of some dead wood is exactly what we need. will also hopefully open up some more funds to spend on real quality

The problem with what Paulo says is that we could have a similar situation next season, we should have enough players to cover each position of equal quality. So, I think we need to add 7 or 8 good players to the squad.
