    FAO ITK'rs

Are we now on a stratgey to reduce the wage bill and are we introducing a <=10K wage cap ?
If so does this mean offloading high earners e.g Routledge/Hall/Aggy ?
Are we only interested in loans(within the 10K wage)/free's now ?
Are the owners lowering the wage bill/offloading high earners in order to make the club more attractive to new owners ?
Is the lack of investment in the team by not buying new players coz
    a) they have decided that we probably wont get promoted so whats the point
    b) will wait until the summer when hartford/new manager will be installed on longer contract ?
    c) decided enough is enough and are pulling out ?

If only someone had told GDC that, he'd probably still be here.
