hear this all the time though...players can vow all they want, but its what they do on the pitch that counts. that being said, it did sound like a solid performance against blackpool, and i hope they can pull it together.

In fact the defense is very leaky now, they must improve by 50% IMO otherwise we will leak on average 1 or 2 goals per game.

although in saying that more attention now on borrowdale

just goes to show people are always looking for a scapegoat

I think a lot of it is confidence as well, sometimes the home crowd boo some of the defenders and it does drain confidence.

The defense though is costing us games like blackpool, so they really need to improve as they don't look as solid as they should, although Connolly has made a huge difference already by the sounds of it.

hopefully that clogger won't be here to see it if we do. I thought he would be good for qpr when he came here but has proved to be a liability most time he plays:cry::cry::cry:

gotta agree with you there. borrowdale has been pretty solid this season, but he was absolute rubbish against sheff utd in the replay, and people have turned on him because of that.
