Does anyone know if Sterling and Sutherland are in the under 18 squad to face WHU tonight ? Big test for the 18s tonight, big step up playing an academy side especially West Ham very good at under 18, and no doubt will have there young starlets ( under 16s) playing.

Surly he can play, why doesn't he qualify he plays with the under 18s usually, im sure a young Rooney played for Everton in the youth cup at the same age.

I heard the same thing at the ground that you have to be between certain ages, Sterling does not qualify.

yeah your right its an age group compition , so it goes on year of birth, never new that and it surprises me because he could be played in the first team but not the youth cup.

Only those players are eligible to take part who have reached the age of 15 years by
midnight on 31 August of the current season and not reached the age of 18 years as at
midnight on 31 August of the current season.
