A deal was agreed in principle for a loan, however, now Fulham have expressed an interest it will probably be up to the player.

Which will be a no-brainer for any player, so another door slams in our face. why wasn't this deal signed rather than agreed "in principle"? if flavio needed his signature, and knowing how important cousin was for what is left of our season, cdn't he have hoped on an aeroplane and got the deal sorted?

Hull agreed to loan Cousins out (QPR) a deal was agreed, but the player is overseas playing in that cup and he hasn't decided what to do... He was probably thinking about it until he gets back. A deal is never fully complete until signed for.
