    Yeates out...Routledge?

Boro have sold Mark Yeates to Sheff Utd....Yeates is a winger, and so is Routledge.....:what:

Yeates is also very good. Thought we might have tried to get him in swap for Routledge. But no that would be logical.

I think they are trying to line up a replacement for Johnson to be honest.

johnson is a left winger , best in our division imo, routledge has been ****e on the left the odd time he played there for us.
just to add routledge is the best right winger in this league without doubt imo

I think as a replacement that will appease their fans, as opposed to a like for like positional player.

How much did they get for Yeates ?
Be good to know how much they got to spend.
                      Johnson will go for £3m-£5m.

Don't want Routledge to leave, BUT, if we ask £2.5m and they agree, it's good money for someone who by the sounds of it may no longer have his heart behind the club. Good 500% profit.
On his day, he is quality, assuming he play wide right.

He did come across as a bit of a tw@t on Soccer AM recently. Hogan was a much better guest.

If Routledge wants out... Let him go, and get good money for him.

If he wants to stay and fight, and not jump ship again - Great.

                          Hope it's the latter.
