Which is Matt Connolly best position?

He's played all across the back and lately as a holding player in midfield.

Will this jack of all trades continue, or will he settle down and become a master of one?

                      Aye it is.

He should start at centre back every single game. I'd even give him the skipper arm band if i were in charge.

yep best centre back we have and although he is young he still has a better knowledge of the game than most and seems to be the only one out there that talks when rowly and mahon aint on the pitch.

Centre back, trouble is we need him at fullback also as he's better than what we have there and we have other centre backs who can do the job. Agree he would make a good captain, leads by example and a good talker.

His best position is on the pitch, as opposed the the ****** bench!!!

TO be serious, he is class and could play in a number of positions better then the player who are being picked ahead of him. it's a farce. He is a CB by trade and should play there, but could also be RB, LB, or i'm sure holding CM better than others.

Get him in the team, make him captain and build the side around him!!

                              I agree.

Whenever he is fit, he should be in the team.

He can play anywhere in defence or it seems as a holding midfielder.

He is better than Ramage or Borrowdale in either FB position and better than Stewart or Hall as a CB.

My only concern is his lack of speed, and aerial ability, but with good defenders around him, those wouldn't be an issue.
