        Couldn't agree more.

        We should be signing players who have a good pedigree. Who know the English game and are young and upcoming. Not players who have failed at this level or a level similar to this (Serie B). And not players who have no sell on value because they are a certain age.

          Agree, why arent we picking up these sort of players more often?

          Clubs like Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd, Man City all have great youth set ups and many of the players dont get a look in for there first team.

          Look at Connolly, Simpson, Tarrabat, Ephraim, Manciene etc etc
