The first thing that has sprung to my mind after speculation Flav wants to sell his shares is

"why so soon after he was equited cleared by the FA on the fit and proper charges"?

Maybe he wasn't cleared but he paid them to say he was cleared and in turn he would sell his shares and leave us?
