    The Ebbsfleet Structure

Just supposing QPR decided to use the same system of management as Ebbsfleet whereby there is a coach who takes training and picks a formation but the fans email in there starting 11 for each game.

Also the fans vote on if to accept any bids for players and also have a vote on what players to sign.

How do you think we would get on?

Seems to me that 9 times out of 10 we all pick near enough the same team and all want the same players.

    Just a thought?

Even on 'league manager' they wouldnt have 9 managers in 2 years or sack a manager after 5 games would they?

You should raffle all 46 league games off,the highest bidder gets to manage the team and all proceeds go to QPR.

Atleast there would be a transfer budget. We could buy back Parejo for a few weeks.

This is the club that also had the fans vote to sell 2 players in the summer, they were 2 high earners though.

So he might be onto some thing.Maybe get rid of Routledge and his 55 thousand a week.
