Whether they are responsible for Hart leaving or not they must know that under their tenure, this club has turned into a massive circus and a business that everyone - the fans, the media etc are holding up to ridicule?

Unless they just don't listen?

If I was Flavio, Gianni or whoever, I would sit there; read the papers, watch the telly, look at the messageboards and say what the hell have I done? (They cant be blind to the criticism surely?) I need to sort this out properly and take advice from those who know how to run a football club otherwise I'll have a big failure on my CV and lose a lot of my hard earned respect.

They are responsible for sorting this out. Unless they just don't care?

The only way they will be successful here is to listen to all parties.

The majority of the players brought in during Paladini's 'tenure' as 'director of football' have been ****e. What experience and expertise does this man have to control the comings and goings at qpr? The system is flawed yet Paladini is still there, our reputation as a proud football club is tarnished again and again. He needs to go, end of, bad decision after bad decision.

Rumour I just heard.

'Arry left an open offer on the table to Hart to come on board at Spuds for coaching role.
Hart was going to take this in summer.
'Arry now likely to have a bit less time on his hands due to other matters needing his attention - the leeches at the inland revenue needing to be dealt with and that.
So he has asked Hart to come across now
