Why, out of interest? i have a lot of respect for him. Fantastic player, survived a career under Ferguson (not easy), is obviously very well connected, is respected in the game, would sort out the defence, understands the structure of a properly run club (which was re-built over time). He would also be very hungry and have a fantastic mentor.

It was a punt anyway, but I would get him in for a chat if he was interestedn

The minute he mentioned leading England on strike to support his equally rat-faced buddy Ferdinand I lost all respect for him.

Not that I actually had much anyway.

I think Hughes would be a big coup for the club, hopefully would have first refusal on afew city players and has a great overall managerial record

He did a great job with a limited amount of players at Wales and a great job with Blackburn who weren't flush with cash compared with other Premier League teams. Mark Hughes can work with restrictions.
My love for QPR is truly skin deep.

i wouldnt mind hughes coming but could you see him coming here.i would imagine he was on a massive wage at man city which we could never compete with and could you really go from working with players such as tevez e.t.c to pellicori e.t.c

I wonder how many managers we are going to vet through before the end of the season.
                    Queens Park Rangers
                    NPower Champions 2010/2011

PREMIER LEAGUE 2011 - ETERNITY (Oh well got that wrong, we'll be back though)

If our joke of a chairman was serious about the club he'd lay out the money to get Hughes and give him 5M to spend in this window, that's all we'd need to go up.

i agree we need to finally make a serious appointment as our next manager.go out and get a big name and whoever it is leave the bloke to do his job and we will finally start seeing some progress untill they do this its gonna be a manager merry go round.

i acutally think a target man a right back a centre mid and a kick up the #### for the players would do it if we got hughes or coppell in. loans or perms wouldnt matter to me just to get us through to the end

Think he has shown he is not serious and i think he will get fed up and be gone within a year or so.I expect to see us up for sale this or next year.Especially if he gets back in F1.

I no he is in a job right now, but ive got so much respect for phil brown after he sat hes team down in front of his supporters at half time at man city and gave them a #######ing, he is a manager we need, he dont give a toss about reputations or egos
