Why, out of interest? i have a lot of respect for him. Fantastic player, survived a career under Ferguson (not easy), is obviously very well connected, is respected in the game, would sort out the defence, understands the structure of a properly run club (which was re-built over time). He would also be very hungry and have a fantastic mentor.Originally posted by stan_bowles View PostIf we had rat-boy Neville i would move to Q Block and personally lead the booing.
It was a punt anyway, but I would get him in for a chat if he was interestedn

The minute he mentioned leading England on strike to support his equally rat-faced buddy Ferdinand I lost all respect for him.Originally posted by Stedders View PostWhy, out of interest? i have a lot of respect for him. Not that I actually had much anyway.

He did a great job with a limited amount of players at Wales and a great job with Blackburn who weren't flush with cash compared with other Premier League teams. Mark Hughes can work with restrictions.Originally posted by stan_bowles View PostCan he manage on a tiny budget though?.My love for QPR is truly skin deep.

i agree we need to finally make a serious appointment as our next manager.go out and get a big name and whoever it is leave the bloke to do his job and we will finally start seeing some progress untill they do this its gonna be a manager merry go round.Originally posted by ShalomHogan View PostIf our joke of a chairman was serious about the club he'd lay out the money to get Hughes and give him 5M to spend in this window, that's all we'd need to go up."birch said he rated u btw luke, congrats"

Think he has shown he is not serious and i think he will get fed up and be gone within a year or so.I expect to see us up for sale this or next year.Especially if he gets back in F1.Originally posted by ShalomHogan View PostIf our joke of a chairman was serious about the club he'd lay out the money to get Hughes and give him 5M to spend in this window, that's all we'd need to go up.
