Surely Stewart was the only one to challenge him - but seeing as he had a bit of a dip recently I believe Gorkss is now the clear winner - with Connolly as young player?

matt connally all day long, center half, right back, left back it doesn't seem to matter where he plays he does well

Gorkks has been excellent - but with more games, and consistently our best player over the majority of the season - for me its Stewart!

I also say Stewart. He's also chipped in with some goals. But it is very, very close.

It dawned on me at HQ yesterday how much we have been clapping things that have occured in our half of the pitch. Another confirmation of how good we have been defensively this season.
