i was speaking to a spurs scout recently and he said they were happy with him at rangers and they do rate him. However when they signed him they were informed that he had a bad attitude and irritated harry by doing stupid things ie shooting practice barefooted. I also know that spurs have looked at a couple of our youngsters recently. sterling is not one of them
