Hhhmmm he could start by sacking Ali Russell, Paladini and the nonsense they have imposed including reversing the price increases, get rid of the gold, silver and bronze seats, get rid of the £3.50 booking fee and to give all stewards a chill pill or bromide, emply top quality coaches and scouts so the club works to a sytem from the U9's up, emply a manager to manage to a budget which he can do what he wants, as long as he stays within it.

If he done all of the above, it would make my match day experiance better and I would be happy to forgive him for turning W12 into a circus.

1) actually start caring about the fans and their opinions.
2) lower ticket prices.
3) appoint a great manager and stick with him, rather than having the proverbial revolving door at LR.
4) start spending money on some decent players, rather than going for loans and frees.
5) get rid of (or, at the very least) shrink the W12 club thing.
