I think this mini break should be a chance to move on from what happened in December, get behind the team and get back to winning ways.

Stupidly optimistic or another false dawn?

on recent form and loan signings so far, I think the P/Os are a tad optimnistic of you to put it mildly.

The current form and mood of the club signals nothing more than a mid-table scrap and perhaps a bottom half finish (10-15th is my prediction).

Good for you, Raj. By the way, can I have some of whatever it is you're taking, looks as if it's really good sheet, man!

I think the fact that the club are looking to address our weaknesses (all over the park) is clearly a good thing . It certainly lets some of our current underperforming players that have fallen into their comfort zone that the management/boys upstairs are NOT afraid to make changes. Yes we may be disappointed at the level of players we are looking at in terms of WOW factor and getting the juices flowing but remember...
-We are a mediocre middle of the road championsip side with gates of 13- 16k depending on whose in town
-Any prospective players looking to come here know that the manager is likely to change in the summer

Also the fact that we are loaning and not paying top dollar AT THIS STAGE is a good thing . Lets us get a good look at players before comitting to transfer fees. I for one was crying out for us to sign Watson a year or so ago . In hindsight what a waste that would have been.
