Not going to happen, I'm afraid.

Even if Flab loses his appeal, he HAS NOT BEEN BANNED from any sport, so the FL can't force him out.

It may effectively be a ban in all but words, but unfortunately the law is all about wording and so he cannot fail the F&P test, even if the FL had the balls to take him on (which they don't...)
